Customer service is horrible i mean bad
Wouldn't be my first choice for a vehicle. Way over priced.
Recently did business with them, and the manager is a decent person. But the employees could use some schooling in business ethics. Recieved reminder calls from them about my payment (which I was fine with). The last reminder call I received I thought was a reminder call turned into a hash session. And one more thing, NEVER be late on the payments. Because they will harass you about a payment if you're a week behind, and will consider it as "unacceptable". After this incident, I took and cleaned the car out, took the tag off, and returned it to them. Never again will I do ANY kind of business with this place, or any other car marts. You're just walking into trouble if you do....
Do not do business with SCOTT COLE at CAR MART IN Muscle Shoals. I did feel bad for the sales woman that was helping them. It wasn't her fault
OK........We are MAD!!!! Just spent 3 hours at CAR MART in Muscle Shoals. They got all kind of personal info from Brooke and Philip. They were at the point to pay the down pmt. when the low down sorry Manager said he didn't know who put that price tag on the car but it was wrong. He tried to charge them $5000 more. Needless to say they came storming out and none of us were quiet about it. Made sure all info was shredded before leaving. The manager was so low down that he sent the Assistant manager to tell them instead of doing it himself. Scott Cole is his name and you can share this. The price was on the car and that is what he should have sold it for. This was so WRONG!!!!! EVEN DOLLAR GENERAL WILL STAND BY THE PRICE ON THE ITEM. 3 hours wasted. Corporate office hear from all of us. Finished ranting on here but will be doing more.
