Had a blow out yesterday. Lets see, 3 different types of tires on vehicle...no book on vehicle...no jack in vehicle...a cheap donut tire that was flat...and an alarm with no key fob to shut off, which they want $200 to program me an alarm fob. Dont get a car from car mart!!!!
The management team were very rude to me and my family. We were on vacation visiting family when we were there looking at a vehicle and we decided to not purchase from there due yo the managers there. Very rude and could just tell they didnt want my business so i took it else where
Their cars have swift extremely high miles and they want like $7,000 and up for their cars that's a rip off

I have been a Car-Mart customer for about a year now. I live in Birmingham,AL and purchased a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta from the Tuscaloosa location, and have been utterly dissatisfied by both the vehicle and service of Car-Mart since. In the last year I feel I have been scammed, cheated, lied too (on several occasions), and ignored. My car is currently being serviced by Car-Mart, and it seems like it takes forever for anything to be done. Its been 2 weeks since I've had a vehicle now, and I feel I've been wronged yet again. Communication is key in buisness, and there seems to be none of that around this office, if not the company itself. When I first purchased the vehicle I had no one there to talk to about the cars, except one individual who was on his first day of the job and admittedly didn't really know what to do. Only after purchasing it and having some issues did I hear (from multiple Car-Mart employees, including George, the manager)that they would have not bought this particular car. George even went on to tell me how his daughter wants a VW for graduation, but he "would never do that to her." As it stands, Car-Mart has lost a customer. I can never, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone, based on my experience. At this point I'm just eager to be done with my contract so I can, in turn, be done with this company.
