Nice campground. Not real big and appears to have many long term campers. It is very quiet except for the occasion train and the campground is very well maintained. Owners are very friendly and want to make sure you have a great stay. Showers and laundry area are very nice and clean. Laundry is free also. Wifi in the park is very good speeds. My only suggestion would be a picnic table at the site. We like to cook breakfast outside and it is hard to do without a table. They may be available but we didn't ask.

Great couple run this campground fair prices and beautiful seanery the only bummer is the train right across the street however after a few nights I started getting use to it I'll stay here again!
I haven't ever been to an rv park, or any place, that the owners are so friendly & family oriented. They've had the rv park for 4 months & according to those that live here, have made a lot of wonderful progress. Ronnie & Denise (the new owners) are such a blessing. They will help any way they can, to make your stay enjoyable. Respect them & they will respect you. I would retire here & become a permanent resident. There's not any other rv park I can say that about. Tuscumbia rv park is a lot like staying in a small state park. Gorgeous.
They just had their first event (Fourth of July picnic). There was great food and it was a lot of fun despite the weather. My understanding is that there will be more to come. We can hardly wait. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area in our RV!
New owners, Ronnie and Denise, are so sweet. Really neat place with ongoing updates. Peaceful and quiet, close to attractions yet far enough that you feel like you are actually camping. Spacious lots. If you ever need anything the owners will help you any way they can.
