Less than a one star in my opinion. Seems like they churn out newer and younger inexperience officers who does not know how to do their jobs, has a reputation of violating people's rights, harasses and intimidates citizens a majority of the time. Like for an example: Illegal search warrant without consent or permission from the citizen, threatening to throw said citizens into jail without probable cause and likes to abuse their authority in general.
In short, awful police officers.
