Like their jingle. "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." NO!. It should be, "Like a bad insurer, state FRAUD is not there!"

Terrible insurance. Friend of mine had them many years ago. She was in an accident. They let some punk officer make a determination that it was her fault. Even though she had engine failure. After being shaken-up by the wreck. They send some sleazy agent out there to her place the very next day. She was not able to really talk much. That sleaze-ball agent pretty much screwed her and her family over. I would not recommend an insurance company like State Farm to have your back for your life or your property. Because they will get out of paying one way or another.

Our claims are handled quickly and our payments were made in an expedited fashion. Once when we were out of town, our family's pharmacy had a water leak and flooded. He and his wife helped clean out the basement and got everything dried out before we got back in town.
