He has called on me for the past year not too aggressively but enough to stay in touch always with a very positive attitude not that pushy type of salesman but down to earth and understanding.when I decided to purchase my first boat I knew Tyler was the man to call , and he hooked me up with an awesome Lowe stinger 175 that fit my budget !If i Choose to upgrade to a bigger boat one day it will definitely be purchased from shoals outdoors ! And Tyler will be the salesmen I will call .
I dealt with Chuck Walker and he took care of all my questions and request. Very Pleased with Shoals and will be back to purchase again. Well worth the 7 hour drive from Florida.

I am pleased with the machine and I'm pleased with the price. I bought a Ranger 900 and got $5000 of add-ons. I was charged $1600 for labor to add these parts. I was told it would take 3 days to get the parts. This was on a Friday evening. I'm expecting a day maybe 2 to put the parts on. So I call the following Thursday, "it's almost ready we'll call you as soon as it's done" I wait til Friday 5 pm a full week after buying it, "it will be done by 6pm or by 9:30am Saturday, we'll call you". Saturday 11am rolls around, no call. I call them "it's in the wash bay be done soon, we'll call you" so I wait. About 1pm I call again, "it's ready we can meet you at the state line"(a very nice perk/service) after my whole day was wasted. We meet they load it on my trailer and off we go. 2 hrs later I unload it and realize they gave me the wrong windshield. I can them and the answer is I'll make sure you get it, I'll call you back to let you know whether to come get it Tuesday or not. It's Tuesday and still no call back. I call and "yes I'll check on it and call you back." 2 hours later I call them "yeah someone else was suppose to call you, we had to order it. It will be late this week or next week" OK, not a huge problem but definitely an inconvenience. Let's add to this now. When I unloaded it and drove it 15 min the left front tire was flat. Ok no biggy maybe they just forgot to put air in it. Next day flat, next day flat, I take it to local tire shop because maybe I put a hole in it in the first 15 min of driving on pavement. Nope bad valve stem. 1 more thing when I unloaded it I almost didn't get the doors closed. Neither side was adjusted so that they could be closed with out pulling backwards(toward the back of the machine,very hard). So I have to adjust the doors also. So to say I am disappointed in the after sale service would be an understatement!! $1600 labor and I have already found all this wrong, what's next???? Again the price is great and service at the sale is great and $50 delivery to the state line is great, but this other stuff is garbage. Respectfully Disappointed, James
